據(jù)中國(guó)官方媒體報(bào)導(dǎo)，有關(guān)當(dāng)局清理了太湖藍(lán)藻爆發(fā)的污染后，無(wú)錫市的飲用水供應(yīng)已經(jīng)恢復(fù)。
當(dāng)?shù)匦l(wèi)生官員在接受新華社采訪時(shí)說(shuō)，太湖水現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)可以安全飲用。但是，官員們還是敦促居民放出管道里殘存的被污染的陳水。
上個(gè)月，太湖流域藍(lán)藻暴發(fā)，引發(fā)水質(zhì)變壞，造成自來(lái)水散發(fā)出難聞的氣味，有關(guān)當(dāng)局切斷了兩百多萬(wàn)人口的水源供應(yīng)。很多居民在驚恐中大量搶購(gòu)瓶裝水。
Chinese state media report that drinking water supplies have been restored to the city of Wuxi after authorities cleaned up an algae bloom in a nearby lake.
Local health authorities have told the Xinhua news agency that water from Taihu Lake is safe to drink. However, officials are urging residents to allow water to run out of the taps in their homes for a while to clear out any residual contaminated water.
Authorities cut the tap water supply to more than two million people last week after an algae bloom smothered the lake, producing unpleasant tastes and odors in tap water. The contamination sparked a run on bottled water by panicked residents.
